My Story

Not a curated highlight reel. The real journey — the struggles, the pivots, the breakthroughs, and the moments that shaped everything.

Chapter 01

A Humble Beginning

I was born in Meerut in a humble middle-class family.

When I was in 5th grade, we moved to Dehradun. The school I joined was one my family could barely afford. The culture was completely different.

I went from flying kites all day to seeing friends wear Jordan sneakers. From speaking broken English to trying to keep up in a completely new environment.

I had to adapt fast. And I did.
Chapter 02

The Financial Crash

Then life hit hard.

My father lost his job.

Savings started disappearing. There was a time when we didn't even have ₹100 at home.

I still remember my mother taking money from our ghar ka mandir so my father could fill petrol in his Hero Puch.

Those moments shape you. They make you think about money, stability and survival very early in life.

Chapter 03

The CA Dream That Didn't Last

After school, I chose a low-cost college thinking I would pursue CA alongside it.

CA required discipline, consistency and patience. But somewhere along the journey, I realized something:

My curiosity was not in accounting. It was in creating.
Chapter 04

Discovering Photography

YouTube changed my life.

Creators like Peter McKinnon, Casey Neistat, and Dan Mace opened my mind to storytelling.

I picked up a camera. And started experimenting with everything:

  • Street Photography
  • Food Photography
  • Travel & Automotive
  • Portraits & Products
  • Boudoir

Anything I could get my hands on.

I became active in the Dehradun photography community, won a few creative awards and started working on events, food shoots, restaurant photography, and brand shoots for Swiggy & Zomato partners.

But there was one big problem. I understood creativity, not business. So work was inconsistent.

My First Job — And Getting Fired

A friend helped me land a video editing job. At that time my skills were basic. Just trimming and cuts.

But I learned fast.

I edited 3–4 ads every single day for an e-commerce brand. Hooks. Retention. Variations.

Then office politics happened.

And I was fired.

Yes. Fired.

It was painful. But that period changed my thinking. That's when I started learning about personal finance and investing.

My goal was simple: Make ₹10,000 per month passively.

Chapter 06

The Leh Trip That Changed Everything

Later I joined Rahul Bhatnagar and Saurabh Bhatnagar for a trip to Leh as a photographer and videographer.

They liked my work. I was offered a role.

The first time I said no. I was trying to build a media company with friends.

But when the offer came again, I accepted. That decision changed everything.
Chapter 07

Goa — The Learning Ground

I moved to Goa. There I entered a completely new world:

  • Digital business & funnels
  • Creator economy
  • Online education
  • Events & scaling content

I worked on content shooting, video editing, ads, event production, and digital campaigns.

Slowly my role expanded. And I was ready to grow.
Chapter 08

From Video Executive → Content Director

Over the years I grew into multiple roles:

Video Executive → Video Lead → Content Director

I led teams, content strategies and event productions for some of India's biggest creator events.

Highlights include:

  • India's largest virtual event with 2700 participants
  • Creator collaborations with 25+ influencers
  • Events across Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Ahmedabad
  • 15,000+ total event participants

Chapter 09

Scaling Social Media

One of my biggest contributions was scaling content systems.

We scaled social media from 350,000 → 1.3 Million followers. In just months.

Through:

  • Short-form content systems
  • Repurposing strategies
  • Viral hooks
  • Distribution frameworks
Systems, not luck. Strategy, not spray and pray.
Chapter 10

Sales, Strategy and Business

Content wasn't the only thing I worked on. I also did direct sales.

Selling high-ticket programs up to ₹4L+ GST.

Total sales I personally closed: ₹80 Lakhs+

Content is powerful. But content + sales systems is what actually builds a business.

What I Do Now

Three areas of focus, one unified vision — building through content.

Content Strategy

Helping creators and businesses build scalable content systems that drive growth. From ideation frameworks to distribution engines — building the infrastructure behind viral, consistent, and high-converting content.

Digital Business Insights

Funnels, launches, creator monetization and audience building. Understanding the mechanics behind digital businesses that actually generate revenue — not just vanity metrics.

Storytelling & Media

Using content to influence, educate and entertain. Combining cinematic thinking with strategic narrative design to create media that moves people and markets.

Words People Used For Me

We once did an exercise in the office. Everyone wrote one word describing each team member. The words most written for me were:

Creative
Strategic
Curious
Innovative
Observant

That meant a lot.

Philosophy
"Attention is cheap. Trust is expensive. Story is what builds both."
